Healthcare Rationed!

Well there’s a surprise.

It turns out that PCTs have been withholding treatment on a cost basis.

This is different from not funding a particular ailment, which will affect lots of ADHDer, but it might be that some will be refused treatment because of cost considerations.

The Government says this isn’t acceptable even though the majority of PCTs do it (where they’ll find the funds is another matter) so if you suspect you are being ‘sold short’ you can now turn them in to the Dept of Health (or threaten to).
