I keep a baleful eye on the medical press just in case something interesting crops up…and guess what? Omega 3 raised it’s head again.
This time it was a long term test on kids where it was found to have a measurable effect (at last – the rumours have been going round for years).
So – no need to blather on. Put some extra omega 3 in your diet. It’s not a replacement for anything but it’s worth having just for that little extra.
