Following on from the recent omega 3 ‘shock’ I’m going to muse slightly on things that I believe are beneficial.
First off – anti inflammatories. Omega 3 functions as one, amongst other effects, as does ibuprofen.
Anything that promotes blood flow – slight thinning agents such as low dose aspirin. Get fit. Make sure diet has the right fats in it (you need fats for your nervous system) but not the ones that clog your arteries.
High protein diet. Cut the carbs where you can. Anywho – see if you can increase your phenylalanine intake.
It’s best if you do some background reading to see what might work for you – and anything I write here is untested laymans musing. And take everything in moderation!
